JGarg Economic Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is organising a Seminar on Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations (Domestic + International) that would be focused on legal and practical aspect of transfer pricing. During the seminar key issues faced by the taxpayers during transfer pricing documentation and audit would also be discussed.
India is the third highest jurisdiction with pending transfer pricing disputes, according to Ernst & Young Global Transfer Pricing Survey 2012. With more than 50 per cent of the transfer pricing cases in litigation, transfer pricing takes the premium spot in Indian tax litigation.
Now from FY 2012-13, transfer pricing would also be applicable on specified domestic transactions as well. It is expected that it would take transfer pricing litigation to new heights and accordingly, it becomes important for Chartered Accountants & Tax Experts (in practice and industry) to have greater understanding of the same.
Speaker
CA Gaurav Garg would be the speaker for the seminar. CA Gaurav Garg has got more than 8 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. He worked with Big4 accounting firm in past. CA Gaurav Garg is also faculty member to the Committee on International Taxation of ICAI and is regular speaker on Transfer Pricing.
